Mediation During Foreclosure Really Works

Kansas has exhibited a 94% decrease in its foreclosure rates during the past 20 months. In this time of economic turmoil many home owners have been devastated by the effects of unemployment, foreclosure, and even homelessness.  As conflict managers, we understand that consumers and mortgage companies could benefit from mediation, by developing creative mutually satisfying solutions.
