COURSE OBJECTIVES

Participant will learn about…

  • Legal process and forms for marriage dissolution and legal separation
  • Issues related to the division of assets/liabilities
  • Issues related to maintenance and child support
  • Components of a separation agreement
  • Components and crafting of a parenting plan
  • Tax implications

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and ethics credits are approved and available for legal professionals participating in our Basic Mediation and Divorce Mediator courses.  Please contact Phoenix Strategies for additional information.  CLE’s approved by the Colorado Supreme Court.
